Wendell Neil Harkey passed away August 6, 2015 at his Tulsa residence. He was born September 3, 1950 in Monahans, Texas, the son of Ira and Evelyn Harkey. No local services are planned. A funeral ceremony will be held at 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Baptist Church in Monahans. Interment will follow at the Monahans Memorial Cemetery.
