Vester Noel Layman, a resident of Hanna was born January 23, 1940 in Hanna, Oklahoma to parents Sherman and Geneva Layman. He passed away November 30, 2009 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 69 years 10 months and 7 days. He was married to Patsy (Foye) Layman in Okmulgee, OK on August 18, 1959.
