In Loving Memory of Tricia Grona

Today, we gather to remember and celebrate the life of Tricia Grona, a beloved sister, mother, daughter, friend, and a beautiful soul who touched the lives of so many.

Tricia was born in Tokyo, Japan in 1969 and eventually made her home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was the beloved daughter of the late Margitta Grona and the late Patrick Grona, and the cherished sister of Vicki Huntley. Above all, Tricia was a loving mother to her daughter, Macie Larmore, who was a very special part of her life.

Tricia had a gift for making people feel beautiful, both inside and out. After attending beauty college, she became one of the best hairdressers and nail technicians around. Her talent was undeniable, but it was her personality, kindness, and genuine care for people that made her so special. She didn't simply do someone's hair or nails-she made connections, shared laughter, listened, and made people feel welcomed and valued.

Tricia found joy in the simple things that made life meaningful. She loved gardening, fishing, and spending time socializing with the people around her. She had an incredible ability to bring people together. Wherever Tricia was, there was often laughter, conversation, and friendship. She surrounded herself with many friends, and those friendships were a reflection of the love and warmth she gave so freely.

One of the greatest things about Tricia was her heart for others. She was always willing to help someone in need and often put the needs of others before her own. She gave her time, her kindness, and her love without expecting anything in return. She had a way of making people feel like they mattered-and to Tricia, they truly did.

Her passing leaves an emptiness that cannot be filled. Her family, her daughter Macie, her sister Vicki, and the many friends who loved her will feel her absence deeply. But along with the sadness, we can hold onto the countless memories she gave us: the laughter, the conversations, the friendships, the kindness, and all the moments that made Tricia uniquely Tricia.

Tricia was loved by many, and she will be missed by many. Her life was a gift to everyone fortunate enough to know her, and her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.

Today, we don't say goodbye to the love we have for Tricia. We carry that love with us. We hold her memory close to our hearts and give thanks for every moment we were blessed to share with her.

Rest peacefully, Tricia. You were deeply loved, you made a difference, and you will never be forgotten.
