Timothy Wayde Linthicum

March 10, 1966 — June 11, 2023

Timothy Wayde Linthicum passed away on June 11, 2023 at the age of 57.

A proud graduate of the University of Arkansas and musician to his core, he played the snare drum in the Marching Razorback Band, and was a featured trap set player in the Hog Wild Band and U of A Jazz Band. Tim could drum lightning-fast cadences with his fingers and not even realize he was doing it. He produced symphonies of hilarious sounds while brushing his teeth. The Alexa in the family's home was constantly playing smooth jazz.

In addition to music, Tim loved fly fishing, hunting, Razorback football, the Dallas Cowboys, Formula 1 racing, late night scary movies, and cooking delicious steaks and burgers. He had an ever-present sense of humor, a caring spirit, and a gift for writing.

But more than anything, Tim loved his family. He adored his three children, Conner (24), Sofia (20) and Ian (17), so much. He was extremely proud of all three of his children, and they were his world. A quick glance at his social media accounts instantly proves this as he was always posting "dad brags" about his kids.

Tim also loved the family's dog Phoebe Wallingford. The way he talked on behalf of the sassy Pekapoo will be greatly missed.

Tim and his wife Lisa were a true team, enjoying a 31 1/2 year marriage after dating for four years. They shared countless adventures and weathered the challenges thrown their way by sticking together.

Tim is also survived by his sisters Ginger Dunwoody and Christy Riggs whom he loved dearly.

Tim's family greatly appreciates the outpouring of love and support from everyone who knew Tim.
