Terry Lynn "Papa" Moseley, age 69, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
Terry was born on July 8, 1956, in Wellington, Kansas, to Oral and Joan (Utterback) Moseley. He worked in orthopedic sales throughout his career, where his honesty, hard work, and friendly spirit made a lasting impression on everyone he met.
Terry met Dixie, the love of his life, in college, and together they built a beautiful life centered around faith, family, laughter, and love. He was happiest when surrounded by those he loved most-whether on the golf course, at Grand Lake, on the beach, behind the grill, or out on the water. A true outdoorsman, Terry enjoyed golfing, fishing, boating, water skiing, scuba diving, and catching every sunset he could.
His family will forever remember his lighthearted nature, constant humming, and the way he could make anyone laugh-especially Dixie. He was the world's best babysitter and biggest cheerleader to his grandchildren, never missing a game, performance, or opportunity to encourage them. Terry was known for his quiet strength, his integrity, his dedication to his work and family, and his passion for sharing the love of Christ with others locally and overseas. He was a man of few words but endless support, always present when it mattered most.
Terry was preceded in death by his father, Oral Moseley; his son, Christopher Ryan Moseley; and his brother, Randy Moseley.
He leaves behind a lifetime of love and memories to be cherished by his wife, Dixie Moseley; his mother, Joan Moseley; his children, Nathan Moseley and wife Erin, Aaron Moseley and wife Sarah, and Megan Loeber and husband Luke; and his grandchildren, Ellington, Monty, Remi, Mac, Everleigh, Emerie, Eloise, and John-Marc. He is also survived by Debbie Moseley (sister-in-law), Clinton White (brother-in-law), Beau-Ann Williams (sister-in-law), Vanessa (niece) and husband Phillip, along with many other loving relatives and friends who will deeply miss him.
A celebration of Terry's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 10, 2025, at The Patriot Golf Club, 5790 N Patriot Dr, Owasso, Oklahoma, with Luke Loeber officiating.
Arrangements are entrusted to Schaudt Funeral Service. Family and friends may share memories and condolences with the family online at www.schaudtfuneralservice.com.
