Stephen was born in Winfield, Kansas on August 10, 1958 to Mary Letha (Bierman) and John Edward Baker.
Stephen graduated from Ponca City High School and Northern Oklahoma College.
He worked as a Interior Designer for a furniture since 1994.
Stephen is survived by his sister, Sallie Jo Durham of Tulsa.
