Sharon Reed

Sharon Margaret Reed, 78 of Tulsa, OK, passed away peacefully at St. Francis Hospital, Tulsa, OK, surrounded by her loving family on November 3, 2025, following a battle with heart disease.

Born on November 6, 1946, in Stowe Twp., PA., Sharon was the daughter of the late Stanely and Harriet (Sharp) Byeseda, and stepdaughter of the late Joseph Sharp. She graduated from Crafton High School in 1964 and attended Tulsa Community College. She has been enjoying retirement since 2014.

Sharon is survived by her husband Donald, her children, Jessica, Carla (Lukas) and Dana, her son-in-law, Thorsten Lukas, grandchildren Emily Elizabeth and Evan Marcel; her sister, Linda Smith of Sewickly, PA., nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

A private viewing for immediate family was held at Schaudt Funeral Service in Tulsa, OK., on Friday, November 7, 2025.

Sharon was a selfless, loving, nurturing wife, mother and grandmother who loved her family and little dachshund Tank immensely. She brought beauty, joy, love, and laughter to everyone in her life. She had a beautiful soul, a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. Sharon enjoyed gardening, traveling, cooking and being with her family. She was a true patriot and had a great thirst for knowledge and loved life.

Sharon will be extraordinarily missed, and her spirit will remain in our hearts forever.
