Sarah Kathleen Smith, age 50, passed away on October 21, 2026. She was born on October 4, 1976, in Ojai, California.

Sarah enjoyed exercising, cooking, crafting, and spending time with her beloved grandchildren. She especially loved gathering around the table for board games and card games, with War being a particular favorite. Sarah was also a highly skilled Certified Nursing Assistant who dedicated herself to caring for others.

Sarah was preceded in death by her grandmother, Kathleen Padlar.

She is survived by her spouse, Susan Maahs; her mother, Sherry Williams; her two siblings, Aaron and Jared; her children, Brianna Green and her husband, Bobby; Step-children, Chad Weber and his wife, Melissa, and Christie Almonte and her husband, Mauricio; and her six grandchildren, Oliver, Penny, Ashton, Lilly, Jacob, and Olivia. She also leaves behind her beloved fur baby, Sophie, who brought joy and companionship to her life.

Sarah will be remembered for the love she shared with her family, the time she cherished with her grandchildren, and the care and compassion she extended to others.
