Mr. R.J. Lavender, III "Bud" was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on October 13, 1940. R.J. a lifelong member of the Tulsa community served in the United States Army as a Private was stationed in Korea and Germany. After serving his country he went on to have a successful career in sales working for Fred Jones Ford, Bill Knight Ford and L&M Office Furniture before retiring.
