Pearl Louise (Rickner) Pressler, 58, passed away Tuesday, April 6, 2004 at St. John Medical Center surrounded by her loving family and friends. Pearl was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma July 23, 1945 to Bill Rickner and Margaret Wilson Richner. She attended Central High School and later moved to Glenpool, Oklahoma where she resided for the past 15 years. She was a member of Solid Rock Baptist Church, Glenpool, OK. Pearl loved to cook for her family which she was very close to. She especially cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren.
Pearl was preceded in death by her father, Bill Rickner, her mother, Margaret Rickner, and 2 sisters: Vicki and Denetta,
Pearl is survived by her 2 brothers: Jack and his wife, Debbie Rickner, Tulsa, OK; George Cheek and his wife, Becky, Tulsa, OK; sister: Debbie Copeland and her husband, Bubba, Tulsa, OK.
Pearl is also survived by her 3 sons: Danny Pressler and wife, Teresa; Kelly Pressler and wife, Sammy and Kyle Pressler, of Glenpool, OK; 3 daughters: Tammy Martin, Claremore, OK, Tonya Martin, Claremore, OK and Tina Pressler, Glenpool, OK; 11 grandchildren and 1 great granchild.
Pallbearers will be: Chris Pressler, Daniel Pressler, Jeremy Pressler, Derek Pressler, Roy Dale Cheek, Eddie Ramsey, Anthony Botone and Chris Matthews
Visitation will be held at the Pressler family residence - 591 East 135th Street, Glenpool, Oklahoma on Wednesday, April 07, 2004. Wake service 7:00 p.m. Friday and funeral service 2:00 p.m. Saturday both held at Solid Rock Baptist Church, Glenpool, Oklahoma with Reverend Charlie Denny officiating.
