Paul Dean Lewis age 68 passed away December 29, 2005 at St. John Medical Center, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Paul was born in Eaton, Indiana on February 5, 1937 to Dale Lewis and Donna White Lewis. In 1955 Paul graduated from Tahoma High School in Maple Valley, Washington. He served four years in the Washington National Guard. On December 8, 1974 he married Geneva Gray in Claremore, Oklahoma. For 45 years Mr. Lewis was a truck driver and most recently he worked for Transit Services.
In Paul's spare time he got great pleasure restoring classic cars; hunting and fishing. He moved to Jenks, Oklahoma 31 years ago coming from Florida.
He was preceded in death by both parents: Dale and Donna Lewis and one sister.
Paul is survived by his loving wife, Geneva, Jenks, Oklahoma; 5 sons: Dave and his wife, Angie, of Florida; Jeff and his wife, Brenda, of Florida, Elmer and his wife Liz of Florida; Darrell of Washington; Greg and his wife, Rachelle of San Diego, California. He also is survived by 2 sisters: Shelby Kenworthy and her husband, Carol; and Connie Mey and her husband, Bill of Washington. Paul is also the proud grandfather of 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
A funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 3, 2006 at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service Chapel. Reverend Jimmy Alexander will officiate. Interment will take place immediately following service at City of Bixby Cemetery, Bixby, Oklahoma.
