Katherine Sue Jones

Katherine Sue Jones, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, was born on July 13th, 1942, to Rody and Laura Milford in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. On August 22, 1958, she embarked on a lifelong journey of love and companionship when she married William (Eddie) Jones. Together, they nurtured and raised four children, creating a family filled with cherished memories and enduring bonds.

Katherine's greatest joy in life was spending time with her family. Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren held a special place in her heart. With each new generation, she lovingly spoiled and doted upon them, creating a legacy of warmth and affection that will live on in their hearts forever.

On September 7, 2023, Katherine passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by her family. Her presence and love will be deeply missed, but her memory will continue to bring comfort and inspiration to those who were fortunate enough to know her.

Katherine was preceded in death by her parents, Rody and Laura Milford, and five siblings: Lawrence Milford, Bill Milford, Jimmy Milford, Patricia Sullivan, and Edith Jarvis. She also reunited with four of her beloved children who had gone before her: William (Billy) Jones, Henry Jones, Timothy Jones, and Jimeesa Jones.

She is survived by her loving husband, William Jones, and their children: Christopher Jones and wife Kim, Phillip Jones and wife Rebecca, and Cheryl Homan and husband Greg. Katherine's legacy extends to her nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and her brother, Paul Milford, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Katherine Sue Jones touched the lives of all who knew her with her love, kindness, and unwavering devotion to family. Her memory will forever be a source of comfort and inspiration, and her legacy of love will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of her family.
