Judy Rebecca Collins

Judy Rebecca (Duty) Collins was born on March 10, 1949, in Mounds, OK to Jess and Quessie (Roberts) Duty. Judy met and married Arthur Collins while they attended  OSU School of Technical Training in Okmulgee, OK. She was a resident of Oklahoma her entire life, living in Bixby, Leonard, Liberty, Mounds, and Tulsa. Most of her years were spent in Liberty, where she lived, attended church, and graduated high school in 1968.

Judy is survived by her two children, Paul Collins of Tulsa, Tara Bohannan and husband Tye; four grandchildren, Harlie, Rhonda, Garrett, and Abigale Bohannan; sisters, Norma Barr and husband Phillip, Pamela Naugle and husband Gary; as well as nieces and nephews, Justin and Jarred Barr, Mindi Duty, Wanda and Jesse Naugle, and Logan Blackburn.

Judy passed from us on July 15, 2023 in Tulsa, OK, at the age of 74. A memorial ceremony will be held at a later date and service details will be posted here once made available.
