John David Arnold

John David Arnold passed away with loving family by his side on Saturday, February 19, 2022, at the age of 60 years.

John was born on October 5, 1961 in Tulsa, OK to his parents, Billy and Barbara (Murdock) Arnold.
He married Carolyn (Rice) Johnson on May 20, 2000 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.

John worked as a Radiographer.

He is preceded in death by mother, Barbara Arnold.

John leaves many loving memories with his family, wife Carolyn Arnold; father Billy Arnold; son Michael Arnold and wife Christy; son Bradley Johnson and wife Kendra; son Wesley Johnson and wife Kelly; 12 grandchildren, Malachi, Kenneth, Scarlett, Sadie, Illyana, Dmitri, Mavriek, Finn, Liam, Oleksei, Madison, and Hunter, along with many other loving relatives and a host of friends.

John was a very thoughtful, generous, and loving husband. He loved his family and being silly with the grandkids (and everyone else). He always loved to make people laugh.

John was a musician, he played the guitar some, but he really was a drummer. He played with the Christian band, Wayfaring Strangers.

John absolutely loved God! He was a very dedicated Christian. When John was baptized he wanted to be dunked 3 times, for the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. He knew the bible well (and liked to 'help' the pastor preach). He played drums in the church band. He taught the juniors Sunday school class and loved teaching in bible adventure class during vacation bible school.

Public Viewing/Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM Friday, February 25, 2022 at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service, 719 East 141st Street, Glenpool, OK 74033.

Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Delaware Missionary Baptist Church, 6808 N. Hwy 97, Sand Springs, Oklahoma.
