Jocelyn B. Sabala passed away Monday, February 29, 2016 at Manor Care Health Services in Tulsa. Jocelyn was born August 27, 1938 in Nacogdoches, Texas to Jessie Lee and Jesse (Green) Bailey. Jocelyn was worked for Luby's as a food server. She is survived by her son, Santos Sabala, Jr. of the home.
