Jo Ann Stamper

Jo Ann Stamper, of Agra, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on July 15, 2026, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 72.

Born on December 28, 1953, in Denison, Texas, to Frank and Rachel Ryba, Jo Ann lived a life centered on kindness, hard work, and generosity. She proudly owned Sunshine Cleaning in Stillwater where she made many lasting friendships.

Jo Ann is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Stamper; her son, Curtis Ryba and his family; along with many other relatives and friends who will cherish her memory.

She found joy in dancing, roller skating, antiquing, sewing beautiful blankets, working puzzles, and spending weekends searching yard sales for hidden treasures. An avid gardener with a remarkable green thumb, Jo Ann especially loved growing flowers, tomatoes, and peppers. Her tomatoes were legendary-not because she kept them, but because she delighted in giving them away to family, friends, and neighbors.

Jo Ann's warm heart, generous spirit, and love for those around her will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
