Jason Jon Finley, Sr.

December 13, 1973 — January 22, 2024

Jason Jon Finley, Sr., a jack of all trades and beloved member of the community, passed away on January 22, 2024, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born on December 13, 1973, in Norwalk, Ohio, to Larry and Karen Finley, Jason lived a life full of passion, hard work, and devotion to his loved ones.

A proud graduate of Memorial High School, Jason was known for his versatility and skills in various trades. From mechanics to construction, installation, and home building, he excelled in every endeavor he undertook. His hands-on approach and commitment to excellence left an indelible mark on the projects he tackled.

One of Jason's greatest joys in life was his connection to the ocean. A true lover of the outdoors, he found solace and happiness by the ocean, particularly enjoying deep fishing and reveling in the beauty of nature. As a devoted worker, he enjoyed helping others with tasks and any means necessary. He was always there when called upon. Enjoyed being able to work beside his older brother and co-workers/friends.

Jason had a soft spot for his prized possession, his Ford F-150. His dedication to maintaining and improving his truck reflected his meticulous nature and passion for the mechanical arts. Whether under the hood or behind the wheel, Jason found joy and satisfaction in the world of automotive craftsmanship.

Known for his friendly demeanor and outgoing personality, Jason was a social spirit who enjoyed the company of friends and family. He had a penchant for Jack Daniels and was often found sharing stories and laughter with loved ones. Jason's love for life extended to his role as a father, and he took pride in his growing family.

He is survived by his children: Elizebeth Finley, Tyler Wolfe-Finley (Maygen), Jason, Jr. (Emily), Nathan Finley (Mackenzie), Madysen Finley, and Austin Finley. His legacy lives on through his grandchildren: Lilah, Elijah, Oden, Xavier, Alijah, and Jackson.

Jason is also survived by his mother, Karen Finley-Merson, former spouse Jennifer Wolfe, and siblings Larry, Jr., and Tim Finley. Their bond was a source of strength and support throughout Jason's life.

In honoring Jason Jon Finley, Sr.'s memory, let us remember the laughter, the shared moments, and the love he brought into the lives of those around him. His spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know and love him. May he rest in eternal peace.
