James Ronald Lavendusky James Ronald Lavendusky passed away Sunday, November 13, 2011 at the age of 72. He was born August 4, 1939 to William and Barbara Agnes (Lamer) Lavendusky in Henryetta, Oklahoma. Survivors include his two brothers, William L. Lavendusky and wife, Elaine of Tulsa and Thomas A. Lavendusky of Lawton; niece, Barbara Lavendusky and nephews, Thomas, II, Michael, Andrew, Steven, Robert and Paul Lavendusky. Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at the Okmulgee Cemetery with Father Peter Phung officiating. Services are under the direction of the Shurden-Jackson Funeral Home in Henryetta. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Shurden-Jackson Funeral Home in Henryetta.
