James Lee Stricklin, 90, of Tulsa, OK, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2017, in Tulsa.
James was born in Raleigh, IL on January 27, 1927, a son of the late Tina Fay (Murphy) and Robert Lee Stricklin.
He served in the U.S. Navy.
He married Corrine Springer in Michigan on October 22, 1976. They celebrated 41 years of marriage this year.
He was the manager of a lumber company; Jim enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, spending time outdoors. They traveled to Colorado, Wyoming & Alaska on vacations.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
Jim is survived by his wife; 3 sons, 2 daughters, 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; as well as 2 sisters, and a brother.
