Ingeborg Rosa Chandler

Ingeborg Chandler was born October 14, 1936 and passed away on October 29, 2023, in her Tulsa, OK home surrounded by family at the age of 87. Inge was born in Stuttgart, Germany to her parents, Maria Ruckle and Paul Osswald. Ingeborg grew up in Germany during World War II and shared lots of memories of that time with her family during many family gatherings.

Ingeborg met her husband, Larry Chandler, while he was stationed in Germany proudly serving his country in the US Army. Together they raised five children and helped care for their grandchildren. Ingeborg was blessed to have a life that included living in many wonderful cities in Europe and the United States, finally settling down in Tulsa where she lived until her passing. Ingeborg worked for McDonald's for 41 years, she was always the friendly voice greeting you in the drive-thru.

Ingeborg is preceded in death by her parents, Maria and Paul, her husband Larry Chandler, and son Mark Chandler. She is survived in life by her children Thomas Chandler and wife Lori, James Chandler, Manuela Chandler, and Margarita Chandler; two sisters in Germany; Margot Burkhardt and Gisela Nadrowski and one brother, Eugen Osswald of Sweden. Grandchildren Michael Chandler and wife Jenna, Anthony Simmering, Matthew Ess, Shelby Ess and Jordan Chandler; great grandchildren Kaylee Chandler, Gavin Chandler, Bryson Chandler, Henley Chandler and Greyson Ess.
