Griffin Waynrich
Parker
December 13, 1978 – April 9, 2026
Life Church South Tulsa
10:00 - 11:00 am (Central time)
Griffin Waynrich Parker passed away tragically as a result of a motor vehicle accident on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at the age of 47.
Griffin was born on December 13, 1978, in Rochester, Michigan, to Kenneth and Susan (Broesamle) Parker. He moved with his family to Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1991, where he quickly made his mark with his outgoing personality and natural ability to make people feel welcome.
He graduated from Jenks High School in 1997 and went on to attend the University of Oklahoma, where his love for the Sooners became a lifelong commitment. Griffin earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Finance in 2001, followed by his Master's degree in 2005.
While at OU, Griffin served as Social Chair for the FIJI fraternity-a role that fit him perfectly. He was the life of the party, the guy who could get everyone laughing, and what his friends would proudly call the "token cool guy." He had a gift for bringing people together and making every moment more fun.
Griffin built a successful career in medical sales and marketing, most recently serving as Chief Marketing Officer for GeneScripts since 2023. Prior to that, he worked as a Territory Manager for Integra Life Sciences, a Territory Manager for ACell, and as a Extremity Specialist at Tornier. He was respected not just for his work ethic, but for the relationships he built along the way.
Outside of work, Griffin lived life fully and with enthusiasm. He loved golfing, traveling, attending concerts, and snow skiing. He stayed active, working out five days a week, and was always ready for a great meal. If there was something fun to do, Griffin was already there-or planning it.
More than anything, Griffin loved being a dad. Griffin was a proud father to Lincoln (17) and Gray (14), whom he shared with their mother, Mendi Treat. He poured his heart into his children and cherished every moment they spent together.
He is survived by his father, Kenneth Parker; his sister, Whitney; his children, Lincoln and Gray; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, fraternity brothers, coworkers, and countless friends who will miss his energy, humor, and unmistakable presence. He was preceded in death by his mother, Susan Parker, who passed away in 2021.
Griffin had a way of making people laugh, feel included, and enjoy the moment. He leaves behind a legacy of energy, humor, and love that will not be forgotten.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 AM on May 16, 2026, at LifeChurch South Tulsa Campus, 7071 East 121st St S, Bixby, OK 74008.
Arrangements are entrusted to Schaudt Glenpool-Bixby Funeral Service & Cremation Care Centers. Family and friends are invited to leave kind words of comfort, share special memories, and offer condolences online at www.schaudtfuneralservice.com.
