Gerald Gordon "Pete" Stamper passed away peacefully on December 21, 2021 at Clarehouse in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Pete was born February 8,1936 in Dawson, Oklahoma to Earl Edward and Hettie Mae Faulkner Stamper.

He attended Will Rogers High School, where he met Pat, who would become his wife of 65 years. He attended the University of Oklahoma, where he earned his law degree in 1959. He was then sworn into the US Navy and joined the JAG Corps. They returned to Tulsa in 1964, where Pete went into private practice. He was a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association for over 60 years.

In addition to his involvement in the legal community, Pete and Pat were members of Boston Avenue United Methodist church for over 50 years and were longtime season ticket holders for their beloved Sooners.

Pete and Pat had 2 daughters, Kim(berly) and Michele, who he loved even more than OU football! His life was further enriched with the addition of his sons-in-law, Dan King and Mark Efron, and his 5 grandchildren; Thomas, Patrick and Phoebe King, and Lauren and Sarah Efron.

The family asks that contributions be made in Pete's memory to either the Alzheimer's Association or Clarehouse.
