Gary Douglas Batt

Gary Douglas Batt of Tulsa, Oklahoma was born on October 29, 1990 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Robert D. & Opal (Baty) Batt, now Barclay. He left this earth on September 24, 2026 at the age of 35. He grew up in West Tulsa and went to school at Jenks and Glenpool where he developed many friendships over the years. As a child he was always active and had to be kept challenged to stay out of trouble. He loved working on projects. He had a great sense of humor and loved doing pranks on people especially his Sister Kelly. He always had a love for animals. 

As he became a teenager he met the love of his life Danielle Raylynn Pollitt online and he moved to Kissimmee, Florida to be with her. They were wed on January 31, 2011 and continued to live there for several years. They moved to Tulsa Oklahoma in 2013 and have lived there ever since. He went to welding school and worked at the Ardagh Group Glass Plant in Sapulpa until an illness caused him to stop working.

Gary is preceded in death by his Dad Robert D. Batt, His Grandparents and Uncle Duane Baty and many Great Aunts & Uncles.

Gary is survived by his Wife, Danielle R. Batt, Sister Kelly E. Batt, of Tulsa, OK, Brother In Law Brandon Pollitt of Tulsa, OK, Parents Opal L. Barclay and Husband M. Frank Barclay Jr. of Owasso, OK, Parents In Law Tony & Jaynette Pollitt, Nephew Donevin Batt-Lewis, Niece Nacht Tucker, Uncles, Aunts, Cousins and close friends.

He touched many lives in his time here on earth and he will be greatly missed by those who knew him.
