Frederic F. Wolfer

Frederic F. Wolfer, Jr. age 65 passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2004 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Mr. Wolfer was born in Portland, Oregon on October 6, 1938 to Frederic F. Wolfer, Sr. and Margaret Williams Wolfer. He graduated from high school in Portland, Oregon, the University of North Carolina and was a PHD candidate from George Washington University, Washington, D. C. He was a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force Reserve. At the time of his death he was a professor at Oral Roberts University.
On October 3, 1981 he married Barbara Denluck in Alexandria, Virginia and resided in Tulsa, Oklahoma for 4 ½ years. He was a member of Life Connection Church in Jenks, Oklahoma.
He was preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Wolfer is survived by his wife, Barbara, of Tulsa, Oklahoma; son, David Nicholas Wolfer, Tulsa, Oklahoma; son Frederic F. Wolfer III and his wife, Josephine, Fairfax, Virginia; daughter, Erika Nicholson and husband, John, Christiansburg, Virginia and five grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held 11:30 a.m. Monday, March 1, 2004 at the Life Connection Church, Jenks, Oklahoma. Burial will take place immediately following the service at Rolling Oaks Memorial Gardens, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
