Frank William Bryan age 76 passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at Clarehouse in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Frank was born October 1, 1936 in New York City, New York to Frank and Leona (Horn) Bryan. Frank had a Masters Degree in Management Engineering and worked as a Transportation Consultant for the railroad. Frank was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his sister Leona B. Freeman of Fairfield, CT and his nephew, Lawrence Freeman of Seattle, WA No local services are planned. Arrangements were entrusted to Daniel C.
