Elmer Eugene Sparks, a resident of Twin Hills, passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at the age of 70. He was born November 18, 1941 to Lucious and Liz (Coleman) Sparks in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Survivors include his son, Steve Sparks of Tennesse; daughter, Teri Scott and husband, Sean of California; numerous sisters and four grandchildren. Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 26, 2012 at the Morris Cemetery under the direction of the Shurden-Jackson Funeral Home in Okmulgee.
