Donald Joseph Hazlewood, son of Donald Joseph and Georgia (Hill) Hazlewood, passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2016 in Tulsa. Donald was born August 10, 1955 in Midwest City, Oklahoma.
He graduated from Ponca City High School and attended OSU. Donald married Marguerite Tuggle in Eureka Springs Arkansas. He was a custom home builder for sixteen years.
Donald loved to go boating and lived for the weekends.
Donald is survived by his wife, Marguerite Hazlewood; son, Donald Hazelwood, III; daughter-in-law, Kari Ann Hazlewood; granddaughter, Brynlee Hope Hazelwood and sister, Kay Newlin.
