Denye, Waquita Holt-Loyd “Kita” 62 of Collinsville Oklahoma passed away comfortably at her home on September 25, 2023. Kita was born September 29, 1960. in Texarkana Texas. She graduated from Redwater High School and studied at Texarkana College. She was a former dispatcher at both Fowler Equipment and Red River County Sheriff’s Department.


Kita was a hard worker and worked very hard to provide for her kids. When she married Alan, she was able to retire and be a housewife and that is when she got into doing ceramics, which she enjoyed. Kita married Alan on August 12, 2005 and they were happily married for 21 years. Kita was an animal lover and enjoyed spending time with her husband, kids and her grandkids. Kita was preceded in death by her parents, Edd and Virginia Holt and her two brothers, Ed Holt Jr. and Tracy Holt.


Survivors include her husband, Alan Loyd of Collinsville, Oklahoma, her son and daughter-in-law Matthew and Haley Allison of Hooks, Texas; her daughter, Andrea, Allison of Collinsville, Oklahoma; granddaughters Serenity Allison of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Alaina Gunter of Hooks, Texas; her brother and sister-in-law, Preston and Sharon Holt and her sister, Nancy Hart as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
