Dayna Rene Harjo
April 17th, 1990 - July 17th, 2026

With heavy hearts and deep sorrow, we announce the unexpected passing of Dayna Rene Harjo of Tulsa, Oklahoma, on July 17, 2026. Born on April 17, 1990, in Washington, D.C., Dayna's life, though far too short, was filled with love, laughter, and meaningful connections that will continue to live on in those who knew her.

Dayna was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, granddaughter, and loved one whose memory will forever be cherished by her large and extended family, her many coworkers who cared deeply for her, and all those who knew and loved her. She will be remembered for her sense of humor, her ability to make others laugh, and her love of capturing life's moments-always documenting and taking pictures so that memories could be held onto and shared. She was truly the life of the party, always bringing energy and joy to every gathering and making every moment memorable for those around her.

She was dedicated and skilled in her work in insurance, taking pride in what she did and often sharing her knowledge with loved ones, helping them understand and navigate things with patience and care. Her kindness and willingness to help others were evident in both her professional and personal life.

Above all, Dayna's greatest joy and most treasured part of her life was her daughter, Livia. The two shared a special bond that went beyond mother and daughter-they were best friends who laughed together, had fun together, and created countless cherished memories. Livia was the center of Dayna's world, and her love for her daughter was deep and unwavering.

She was preceded in death by her many grandparents: Jim Harjo, Mike and Donna Howard, Annette and Frank Alberts, and Thelma Harjo; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins who welcomed her with open arms.

She is survived by her parents, Kelly and Deanne Harjo of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; her daughter, Livia Harjo of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her sister, Katie Harjo and her partner, Stephanie Powell, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; her brother, Troy Harjo of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her grandmother, Stella Harjo of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her Aunt Kimberley Harjo of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and cousin Jamie Collins of Springfield, Virginia; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins who love her dearly.

Dayna's life and the memories she created with those closest to her will never be forgotten. Her family will carry her memory with them always, remembering the love, laughter, and moments they shared together.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
