David Mark Jensen, was born April 18, 1954 to LaVonne and Bill Sanders in Pawnee, Oklahoma. Mark passed away Monday, January 2, 2017 in Tulsa.
Mark moved to Illinois in 1963 and lived there until returning to Oklahoma in 2012.
Mark was married to Helen Swanson and they had three children: Rachael, Joshua and Rebekah. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen.
Mark is survived by his mother, LaVonne; children: Rachael, Joshua and Rebekah; siblings: Stephen , Michael; Kristina ; Susan; Martin ; and Phyllis; and grandchildren: Ethan, Shelby, Jim and Jack.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Schaudt's Tulsa Funeral Service, 5757 S. Memorial Drive, Tulsa.
