HIS STORY

Bradley Kent Knorpp, 59, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away on October 2, 2026.

Brad was born on December 20, 1966, in Canyon, Texas, to Kenton and Judith Knorpp. Brad was their first child and spent his early years in Canyon before the family moved to Tulsa. He was baptized at First United Methodist Church. He attended Audubon Elementary School and later moved to Jenks in the fourth grade.

Brad attended Jenks High School, where he was a member of the swim team - a commitment that resulted in plenty of early-morning rides to school in one of his many beloved Mustangs. Known to his friends as “Bif,” Brad graduated from Jenks High School in 1985.

In his younger years, Brad held a variety of jobs, including working for B&D Lawn Service and Wolfe Nursery. He was also, by his own special distinction, a “professional partier.” Brad was considered a legend when it came to hosting parties - and if you know, you know.

Brad attended West Texas State University in Canyon, where he pledged Alpha Tau Omega, better known as ATO. He made many wonderful and lifelong friends at West Texas before transferring to Oklahoma State University to be closer to home and the people he loved.

After college, Brad began his career as a graphic installer and never looked back. He excelled at his work and was highly sought after for his skill, precision and attention to detail. A true perfectionist, Brad believed everything had its place - and that included every friendship he treasured.

A LIFE WELL LOVED

FAMILY       |       FRIENDSHIP      |       LOYALTY

Throughout his life, Brad was fortunate to have several wonderful groups of friends. He was equally fortunate to remain close to so many of them through the years. His friendships were never casual; Brad valued his people deeply and made sure they knew where they belonged in his life.

Brad also had a tremendous love for his Doberman Pinscher, Gypsy Rose, whom he absolutely adored. She held a very special place in his heart and was a beloved companion.

Brad was an amazing uncle to his nephew, Carson. He rarely missed a sporting event or an opportunity to offer Carson some of his memorable life advice. Their relationship was incredibly special.

Above all, Brad was a devoted son and an extraordinary brother. He was fiercely protective of his family and remained concerned about their well-being, even as he faced the end of his own life. That was Brad - loyal, protective and always thinking about the people he loved.

Brad was preceded in death by his parents, Kenton and Judith Knorpp.

He is survived by his sister, Kenda Cobb; his beloved nephew, Carson Cobb, and Carson’s wife, Hannah; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and cherished friends.

Brad’s family would especially like to recognize his devoted friends, Shawn Gibson and R.W. McClish, whose constant presence, friendship and unwavering support during his final days brought tremendous comfort to Brad and his family.

Brad was deeply loved and will be desperately missed by his family, his many lifelong friends and everyone fortunate enough to have known him.
