Barbara Jeanett Brooks

Barbara Jeannett Brooks age 38 went to went to be with her Lord, Friday, February 13, 2004 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK.
Mrs. Brooks was born December 13, 1965 in Richmond, Virginia to Franklin Deleno Overton and Rebecca Ann Strickland. She attended schools in Plant City, Florida. Barbara was a clerical worker and in her spare time enjoyed reading, cooking, playing cards and crocheting. She married Larry Wayne Brooks June 20, 1997 in Texarkana, Arkansas and moved from Ft. Smith, Arkansas to Tulsa December 1, 1999.
Mrs. Brooks is survived by her husband, Larry Wayne Brooks, Tulsa, OK; son, Nicholas; step daughter, Kristi Lynn Brooks-Wilcox and husband, Josh; brother in-law, Bobby Lucero and wife, Juanita; sister in-law, Anita Sterling along with many friends.
Memorial service will be held noon Monday, February 16, 2004 at St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, Sand Springs, OK with Father Clark Shackleford, officiating.
