Angela R. Horner, a resident of Tulsa, was born November 1, 1969 in Henryetta, Oklahoma to Johnny Horner and Tresa Thompson-Horner. She passed away December 4, 2009 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma at the age of 40 years 1 month and 3 days. Angela is survived by her Daughter, Carre Welcher, Son, Casey Welcher, Father, Johnny Horner and wife Vanessa of Henryetta, OK; Mother, Tresa Horner of Tulsa, OK; Brother, John Horner and wife Tamra of Okmulgee, OK; Step-Brother, Kyle Donathan of Tuscon, AZ; and a host of loving uncles, aunts, and cousins. Viewing will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Services for Angela will be held December 9, 2009 at 10:30 am at Shurden Chapel with Reverend Lawrence Matlock officiating. Burial will follow at the Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of the Shurden Funeral Home of Henryetta.
