Andrew Brian Dykman

Andrew Brian Dykman, 36, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away on July 26, 2026. He was born May 27, 1990, in Dallas, Texas, and was taken from his family far too soon.

Andrew was a loving father, son, brother, and friend. His two children, Aaron Hermanson and Evelyn Dykman, were his entire world. He loved his children deeply and treasured the time he spent with them.

Andrew was silly, outgoing, strong-willed, kind, caring, and completely himself. He had a unique personality and was never afraid to express who he was. He loved anime, horror movies, and gaming. He had a great sense of humor, an amazing smile, and a laugh that those who knew him will never forget.

Andrew was also an amazing friend. He cared about the people in his life, and the love and respect his friends had for him was clear. He will be remembered as someone who could make people laugh, be himself without apology, and always leave an impression.

Andrew was a Christian and deeply devoted to his faith. Toward the end of his life, he became even more involved in his church and enjoyed helping with its outreach program, including packing lunches for those in need. His faith and his desire to help others were an important part of who he was.

Andrew shared nine years with his wife, Brittany Dykman. They first met and dated when they were 17, later reconnecting ten years afterward. They married on November 5, 2020.

He is survived by his wife, Brittany; his children, Aaron and Evelyn; his father, Douglas Dykman; his stepfather, Marc Borrowiec; his many brothers and sisters, whom he loved dearly; and numerous aunts, uncles, grandparents, extended family, and friends. He was preceded in death by Neva Dykman, the mother who raised him and his biological mother, Lori Borrowiec.

Andrew's life was much too short, but he was deeply loved by the people who knew him. He will be greatly missed, especially by his children, family, and friends who will carry his memory with them always.
