Zeta Marlene Miller, 77, died on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, surrounded by her children. She was born October 31, 1939 in Hundred, West Virginia to Casey and Helen (Curry) Rose. She was a loving and devoted mother to her six children, and loved referring to herself in third person. She loved the holidays with family and especially enjoyed dressing as Santa Claus. She was famous for her popcorn balls around the holiday season. Marlene had a true servants heart, always caring for others. She enjoyed playing bingo.
Her true passion was cooking, she was always "doctoring up" her meals. Marlene worked as a waitress at The Hungry Fox in Tucson, Arizona for nearly 10 years before she purchased the restaurant. She continued to work and own the business for over 16 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Casey and Helen (Curry) Rose, and daughter, Josey Deubert.
Survivors include her daughters, Victoria, Debra and husband, Randy, Dixie and husband, Chris; sons, Donald and Mark; grandchildren, Christopher, Scotty, Jayson, Luke, Steven, Amanda, Brandon, Noah, Jessica, Andrew, Julia, Danny, Jamie, and Izabella; great-grandchildren, Jaeden, Mylah, Morgan, Maison, Lacey, Kaeden, Desiray, Destiney, Michael, Kylie, Brooke, Danielle, Bailey, Autumn, and Landon; and many other relatives and friends. She will be missed.
The family will hold a Graveside Service in East Lawn Cemetery, Tucson, Arizona. Arrangements are entrusted to Schaudt's Tulsa Funeral Service. Family and friends may send memories and condolences to the family, online at www.schaudtfuneralservice.com.
