Stephen was preceded in death by his father, Ronnie Austin Cesar.
Stephen is survived by his mother, Stephanie Cesar; sister, Dana Cesar; sister, Carole Ann Trammel and her husband, Richard; sister, Sherry Walka and her husband, Pete; brother, Ronnie Austin Cesar, Jr. and his wife, Anna; three nieces: Stephanie, India, Catherine and two nephews: Corey and Evan.
