Stephen R. Lee, Sr.

Stephen Rickey Lee, Sr., 67, of Tulsa, OK, passed away Friday, October 20, 2017, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

Stephen was born in Ponca City, Oklahoma on January 18, 1950, the son of the late Margaret Carley (Parker) and Melvin Logan Lee. Stephen attended Nathan Hale High School in Tulsa and the University of Oklahoma.

He married his high school sweetheart, Jan (Dennis) Lee on December 27, 1969. They celebrated 47 years of marriage prior to his death.

He owned American Air Conditioning, Inc. and worked as a Mechanical Contractor for many years before selling it and retiring.

Stephen leaves many great memories with his loving family, wife, Jan; daughter, Meredith Lee; son, Stephen R. Lee, Jr.; granddaughters, Claire Easley and Hannah Easley; as well as many other family members and friends. He loved music and was in a band for years. His other interests included history, airplanes, old cars, antiques, and he enjoyed travelling to the mountains or the ocean. Those who knew him will always remember his passion for life, work, music and family.

Service will be held to honor his incredible life at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at Schaudt's Tulsa Funeral Service & Cremation Care, 5757 S. Memorial, Tulsa, OK.
