Stephanie Michelle Webb

Stephanie Michelle Webb, 44, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma departed from this Earth on November 22, 2020. Born on December 26, 1975, in Altus, Oklahoma, Stephanie began school in Altus and then later moved with her family to Dallas, Rowlett, and then Garland, Texas where she graduated from high school. She later moved to New Orleans, Louisiana and then to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She attended Northeastern State University and was on the Dean's Honor Roll. Stephanie was a shining light in our family, so very witty and just a joy to us all. We will miss her wonderful simle and sense of humor. She enjoyed life, loved watching sports, especially the OU Sooners and the Dallas Cowboys. She was a hard worker and loved her boys (dachshunds), Jasper and Spencer, and spending time with family and the love of her life partner of almost 14 years, Neovella Smith. Stephanie amazed us with her strong will and fighting spirit as she battled caner for 10 months. She never complained or asked why it happened to her.

Stephanie is survived by her partner, Neovella Smith of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; her parents Rick and Patricia Foster, of Haskell, Oklahoma; brothers, Casey Webb, of Plano, Texas, Rickey Foster, of Plano, Texas, and Lance Foster, of Colorado Springs, Colorado; grandparents, Bobby and Georgeana Rainwater, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; aunt and uncle, Wesley and Irene Rainwater, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; cousins, Scott Rainwater of Silver Spring, Maryland, Lisa Davis of Raeford, North Carolina, and David Rainwater, or Roswell, Georgia.

A private family memorial will follow at a later date.
