Sonia Lynn Dawson

Sonia Lynn Dawson passed away with loving family by her side on Saturday, August 22, 2020, at the age of 54 years. Sonia was born on Friday, January 7, 1966, in Tulsa, OK to her parents, Lloyd and Carol (Woods) Henson.

Sonia was a Homemaker most of her life. She loved spending time with her daughter and family. She was a social butterfly, who lit up a room when she entered. She always tried to brighten people's day.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd Henson and Carol Woods; husband, Tony Dawson.

Sonia leaves many loving memories with her family, daughter, Jessica Bollinger, and husband David, of Haskell; brother, Lloyd Henson and wife Sue; step-mother, Pat Henson; aunt, Jacque McArthur; along with many other loving relatives and a host of friends.

Viewing/Visitation will be 5:00pm — 8:00 pm Thursday, August 27, 2020, at Schaudt Tulsa Funeral Service Chapel. Funeral Services celebrating Sonia’s life will be 10:00 am Friday, at the funeral home. Sonia will be laid to rest next to her mother at 2:00 pm Friday, August 28, 2020, in Hickory Grove Cemetery, Grove, OK.
