In Loving Memory of Sierra Christine Keys

September 24, 1998 - September 5, 2023

With heavy hearts, we mourn the loss and celebrate the life of Sierra Christine Keys, who passed away on September 5, 2023, at the tender age of 24. Sierra was born on September 24, 1998, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to her loving parents, Preston and Danelle Keys.

Sierra was a proud native of Glenpool, Oklahoma, and her journey through life was nothing short of inspiring. She received her education at Glenpool High School, where she formed lasting friendships and cherished memories. Sierra's passion for caring for others led her to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). She had an innate ability to connect with people and knew precisely when to take charge, making her a true beacon of comfort and care for those she tended to.

Sierra had a heart full of love, not only for people but also for her beloved pets. Among her cherished companions were her faithful horse, Candyman, who had been her loyal friend for over ten years, and her loyal dog, Cowgirl. Sierra had a natural affinity for animals, and they were drawn to her warmth and kindness.

Her vibrant spirit was painted with the color purple, and her love for music spanned across all genres. Boots were her signature style, and she would have happily worn them to her wedding if given the chance. Sierra had a passion for board games, making Sundays her dedicated board game day, eventually transitioning to Saturdays for more fun and laughter.

Beyond her many interests, Sierra's heart shone brightest in her role as an aunt. She adored her nieces and nephews, and the love they shared was a testament to the incredible bond they had. Sierra's talents extended to the kitchen, where she was renowned for her muffins and brownies, creating delectable treats that warmed the hearts of all who tasted them.

Throughout her life, Sierra held a deep and unwavering faith in God, always placing Him at the center of her world. Her devotion to her faith was a guiding light that led her through life's journey.

Sierra is preceded in death by her parents, Danelle Wilcox and Preston Keys and her Papa Joshua Christy.

Sierra leaves behind her Grams, Margaret Christy, uncle Cavin Christy, sister Haley Marshall and husband Cole Marshall, niece Amberlin Marshall "Ladybug", nephew Jaxton Marshall "Bear", niece Delilah Marshall "Firefly", step-dad Brian Wilcox, her MeMe Sue Keys, Papa Delbert Keys, uncle Wesley Keys and wife Tracie Keys, uncle Clayton Keys and wife Jenny Keys, uncle Scott Keys and wife Mary Keys, stepmother Heather Keys, brother Braxton Birch, brother Alex Mattox and wife Tori Mattox, niece Liliana Mattox "Butterfly", nephew Tanner Mattox "Tator" and many other great uncles, great aunts and cousins.
