Shirley Mae Seals

Shirley Mae Seals passed away with loving family by her side on Tuesday, June 30, 2020, at the age of 78 years. Shirley was born on February 28, 1942, in Oilton, OK to her parents, Floyd and Thelma (McDaniel) Wells.

Shirley worked as an Assistant Claims Processor for MetLife Insurance Co. for 11 years. Shirley was a kind sweet person and everyone loved her. Some things that she loved to do is tole painting, going to flea markets and garage sales hoping to find that rare jewel. She had a collection of cookbooks and loved to read, listening to country and pop music, and also watching some reality shows. Another one of her favorite things to do is hosting family gatherings and going to church until her health prevented it.

Shirley lost her first child shortly after birth, then had a daughter and 2 sons whom she doted on. She was selfless and thought about others above herself. She had a wonderful laugh, and she loved to laugh. Shirley was always the happiest around family and friends and wanted the best for everyone.

She is preceded in death by her parents Floyd and Thelma Wells and her siblings Vicky Wells and Gary Wells.

Shirley leaves many loving memories with her family, her husband of 33 years, Donald Seals of Bixby, OK, her children; Sheri Huffman and late husband Greg of Jenks, OK, Rod McPherson of Tulsa, OK, Shane McPherson of San Diego, CA, and Diane Alderson and partner Dennis Graf of Ft.Wayne, IN, her grandchildren; Brandon Huffman of Jenks, OK, Brent and Tamra Huffman of Tulsa, OK, Thomas Graf of Ft. Wayne, IN, her great-grandchildren; Colton Huffman and Harper Huffman, her sister; Diana Reaves and husband Dennis of Ponca City, OK along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving relatives and a host of friends.

Visitation for Shirley will be at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service & Cremation Care, 719 East 141st Street, Glenpool, OK 74033, Thursday, July 2, 2020 from 5:00-7:00 PM.
