Selteen Selestine Johnson

Selteen Selestine Johnson " Tine" was born to Geneva Johnson and Otis Zillender on September 27, 1944 in Mer Rouge, LA.

Selteen accepted Christ at an early age and has been a lifelong servant of God. She was a member of William Dr.Church of Christ in Bastrop, LA than later became a member of North Peoria Church of Christ in Tulsa, OK. She attended Union High School in Mer Rouge and later graduated from Mexican
American Opportunity Foundation in 1995 as a medical worker in Bakersfield, CA.

On Friday, August 14, 2020, God saw she was getting tired, so He put His arms around her and whispered "Come Walk With Me" my child.

Selteen leaves to cherish her memory five children:Douglas Johnson, Bettina Johnson of Bakersfield, CA, Emiche Dade, Liza Dade and Jesse Dade Jr. of Tulsa, OK. Siblings: Leon(Ethel), Florence Davis, Plas Johnson(LaShun), Mamie Sampson(Robert) of Bastrop, LA, Patricia Smith(Terry) of Fayetteville, NC and Thelma Whatley of El Dorado, AR. 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren also with many more loving family members and friends.
