Ronald Edward Rike, 74, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, passed away in the early morning hours of Tuesday, September 12, 2017 with family at his side. He was born on September 8, 1943 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Bonnie Catherine (Brimmer) and Ted V. Rike. He grew up in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area and graduated from McLain High School in Tulsa.

Ron was the owner of Rike Equipment Sales for more than 30 years. He and first wife, Martha Sue (Seaton) were the loving parents of three boys; Monty, Doug and Jay. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle and truly loved to have a good time. His family will remember his obstinate, tenacious personality and his willingness to give to friends in need.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bonnie Catherine (Brimmer) and Ted V. Rike; siblings, Barbara Walker, Louise Rike, and Fred Rike; and granddaughter, Sarah Rike.

Survivors include his three sons, Doug Rike and wife, Cindy of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Jay Rike of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Monty Rike of Mannford, OK; twin brother, Donnie Rike; sister, Betty Jo Coatney and husband, Cliff; grandchildren, Ryan Rike, Jennifer Milliger, Jacob Rike, Kayla Rike-Grigg, and Evan Rike; several great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; loving companion, Susie Von Holten who graciously took care of him in his time of need.
