Richard “Rick” Dale Craig of Weleetka, Oklahoma passed away on September 8, 2020 at the age of 55.
He was born in Minot, North Dakota to Barbee Craig and Rosemary Craig. He grew up in Breckenridge,
Texas and was a graduate of Wylie ISD High School in Abilene, Texas. Rick proudly served in the
United States Air Force as a Survivalist after graduation. As a fifth generation oil field worker, he was
proud to carry on his family roots and tradition which would later take him to Okmulgee, Oklahoma.
Rick would go on to further his education at Oklahoma State Institute of Technology and Green
Country Vo-Tech where he would receive degrees in machining, jewelry and design.
Richard met the love of his life and best friend, Crystal Caves at a chance encounter where he
proceeded to ask her to dance. On October 16, 2004, they were married and planned to dance the
rest of their lives together.

Richard loved the outdoors and was an avid fisher, hunter, and camper. Rick also had a life-long love
of motorcycles which led him to teaching his wife and children to ride. Rick and his family would enjoy
weekend adventures, and would ride together as often as possible. Rick held a strong Christian faith
and was previous member of Southside Baptist Church in Okmulgee, and most recently a member of
Winnetka Heights Baptist Church in Tulsa. He was a man of his word, and always a vehement
protector of his family. Rick constantly sought to bring honor to a family name he treasured, and leaves a legacy in the hearts of those he loves behind.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Barbee and Rosemary Craig, his brother, Michael Craig, and Mother in-law Patricia Caves.

Those left to carry his legacy include wife Crystal Craig of Weleetka, Oklahoma, Buck Craig and fiance
Kira Lambilotte of Henryetta, Oklahoma, Dakota Craig of Fort Worth, Texas, Tobias Craig of Weleetka,
