Peggy Jean Tollison Peggy Jean Tollison, a resident of Okmulgee, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, April 2, 2011 at the age of 73. She was born April 5, 1937 to Harold and Anna Naomi (Durant) Burchfield in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Peggy was an avid OU Fan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Anna Naomi Burchfield; step-mother, Florence Burchfield; two sisters, Wanda Logan and Margaret Burchfield; two brothers, Tommy Burchfield and Larry Burchfield. Survivors include her two brothers, Danny Burchfield and wife, Jeanne of Claremore, Gene Burchfield and wife, Nancy of Saginaw, Michigan ; two sisters, Maxine Allen of Urbana, Ohio and Martha Ross and husband, Jim of Owasso. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at the Second Baptist Church in Okmulgee with Reverend DuWayne Colvin officiating. Burial will follow the service at the Beggs Cemetery under the direction of the Shurden-Jackson Funeral Home of Okmulgee. Pallbearers will be Billy Slape, Dustin Lohmann, Tony Lohmann, Shane Curtis, Paul Chapman and Tommy Burchfield. Visitation will be Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Shurden-Jackson Funeral Home in Okmulgee.
