Outsa Douangphachanh

Outsa Douangphachanh was born February 7, 1932 in Lao to her father Somsi Douangphachanh and mother Sotda Douangphachanch. Outsa was the fourth child of six children. She lived a long life in Lao and America.

Outsa Douangphachanh was always a hard working, widowed, single mom to seven kids; six daughters and one son, 26 grandkids, and 22 great-grandchildren. She was a provider and put everyone's well being first. She loved and cared for everyone she knew.

She passed away in the home where she lived with her daughter, Vone, on April 16, 2021, at 10:58 AM.
