Ludene Morrow

Ludene Morrow of Okmulgee, Oklahoma was born to parents Albert and Josiephine (Rose) Raper on June 26, 1930, in Catoosa, Oklahoma. She passed away on February 16, 2020, in Okmulgee, Oklahoma at the age of 89.

She met the love of her life, Noil Morrow and married on September 17, 1946, in Reno, Nevada. Ludene worked at Randy's in Okmulgee for over 18 years. She was a member of Crosstown Church in Okmulgee, Oklahoma where she volunteered with all church activities. Her biggest joy was serving with the Ladies Outreach where she was a part of the "Red Hat Ladies” who gave their time to serving others in their community.

Ludene is preceded in death by husband, Noil Morrow, parents, Albert Raper and Josiephine Raper. Three brothers, Albert Raper, J.D Raper, Gerald Raper, two sister’s Pauline Raper and Lorene Raper Fields.

Those left to cherish her memory is longtime friend Carol Gilstrap.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, February 21, 2020, at Salt Creek Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 1:00 – 5:00 PM on Thursday, February 20, 2020, at Schaudt's Okmulgee Chapel. Arrangements are entrusted to Schaudt Okmulgee Funeral Service.
