Karen Frances Chalk

Karen Frances Chalk, 69, of Glenpool, Oklahoma, passed away on March 7, 2017 at St. John Medical Center, in Tulsa, Oklahoma surrounded by her loved ones.

Karen was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on March 11, 1947. She was the daughter of the late Maxine (St. Clair) Chalk and Clayton Chalk.

Her vocation was in the factory at Kerr Glass in Sand Springs, Oklahoma.

Karen is survived by her daughter; Lisa and husband Steve Smedley, grandson; Dillon Myrick, and other loving friends and family.
