Judy Lenor Kelpin

Judy Lenor (Perryman) Kelpin, age 74, passed away on July 10, 2018 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Judy was born on November 28, 1943 in Tulsa, OK to the parents of Casto and Mary Perryman. She spent all of her life in the Tulsa metro area and was a graduate of the class of 1961 from Central High School. She spent her early working years as an executive secretary for various companies and finished her career caring for students and helping teachers by being a teachers aid for the Jenks Public School system.

Judy lived a simple life and found beauty in all things. She found such joy and peace when she was gardening, planting flowers and watching birds. She always made sure she had the most impeccable yard and because of that she won the homeowners association "best yard" for several times. She had an eye for decorating and could make an antique that stuck out like a sore thumb fit in perfectly somewhere. Judy cared so much for others and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother to her family and will be greatly missed.

Judy is preceded in death by her parents, Casto and Mary Perryman; brothers, Ronald and Donald Perryman and sister, Donna Covey.

Those she leaves to cherish her memories are her loving husband, Wayne Kelpin; daughter, Shelly Seabolt and husband, Bill; granddaughters, Ashley Neale and Rachel Ledbetter; great grandchildren, Eli, Grace and Joshua Neale.

Services to honor and celebrate Judy's Life will be held 1:00 pm Wednesday July 18, 2018 at the Kirk of The Hills Presbyterian,4102 E 61st Street, Tulsa, OK.
