Judith Ann (Betzer) Pennington age 66 passed away Sunday, January 13, 2008 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Mrs. Pennington was born in Picher, Oklahoma on August 11, 1941 to Dale and Faye (Burdge) Betzer.
Judith married Bud Pennington in Eureka Springs, Arkansas on August 7, 1996. Judy graduated from Tulsa Junior College. She was a licensed practical nurse and most recently worked for Dream Makers School before retiring due to her health. She previously worked at Laureate Psychiatric Clinic, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Mrs. Pennington liked to travel, go camping, fishing, working with flowers and she enjoyed reading. Judith was a fabulous cook and received great pleasure in cooking and keeping house for her family.
Judith was preceded in death by her father: Dale Betzer.
She is survived by her husband: Bud Pennington of Jenks; her children: Ronnie Dennis and his wife, Treba of Moore; Shonda Loveless and her husband, Brad of Edmond; Shelly Lewis of Tulsa; her mother: Faye Betzer of Tulsa; her sister: Joyce Van Dyke of Tulsa three grandchildren: Bryant Loveless of Edmond, Erica Loveless of Edmond, Ryan Dennis and his wife, Elaine of Moore; along with many friends and acquaintances.
Services will be held 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service Chapel. Reverend Gary Volz will officiate.
